Our History
In 1991 two separate practices, both of which enjoyed over ten years of success, met to discuss the future. Drs. Stuart Berman , Marjorie Serotoff and Laura Bennett shared a pizza with Drs. Richard Manners , Michael Stein and Reid Selden. These six physicians discovered that not only did they like each other; they also shared a vision of providing warm, personal care for patients in a setting that sparked children's imaginations and made their parents smile. They realized the most important quality as a physician they could share with their patients was themselves giving their patients the understanding and time they needed. As the practice has grown over the years, we have stayed in touch with these ideals.
In February of 2001, Mid-Suffolk opened the Mt. Sinai office in order to serve the large number of families who came to Hauppauge from out East. We are proud of our beautiful, child-friendly offices where our goal is to provide the highest quality health care for our patients and their families in a warm and caring environment |
